Who are #teampossible?We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.As the Site Manager, Biloela Learning and Lifestyle Centre your purpose is to support Community Activity services by following a person-centred support model to help people with disabilities develop independence, confidence, self-esteem and social interaction skills. In addition your focus will be on business growth opportunities in the region. Please note the role is a full time 6 month fixed term contract  with a view to potentially extend. The Site Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of a Community activity site and will ensure a team environment where employees can identify and solve problems, within delegation, to ensure the personalised planning process translates into action; whilst ensuring sustainable, profitable and a customer centric service delivery experience. Your Role:Deliver strategy through building a capable, relevant, high performing and legislatively compliant workforceMonitor financial performance across sites managing funding, billing and operating expenditure in line with budget and strategic aspirationsEnsure team members are fully trained and aware of individual people requirements. Ensure consistency of service delivery experience by encouraging continuous improvement, adherence to practice guidelines and organisational policy and procedureModel safety leadership by instilling a positive safety culture and commitment to humanistic service deliverySupervise a team on rotating roster cycles to maintain effective site operations and resolve issuesEnsure sites maintain and protect the privacy and accuracy of records that include medical, workplace observations, absences, progress notes and behavioursRecruit, develop and retain a qualified workforce committed to social inclusion and establishing professional relationships with individuals All about you:Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services and Quality & Safeguarding Framework or the ability to developExperience in building external relationships with a strong focus on business growth in a regional area is requiredAdaptable and able to follow direction and work within company structure and systemsFinancial management skills including general finance and budgeting, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow managementAbility to oversee operations that deliver high-quality and safe outcomes in a commercially viable mannerAbility to lead a team and key stakeholders through significant change with competing priorities to achieve business objectivesQualification in Frontline Management and Disability an advantage but not essentialPossession of a current driver’s license reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive insuranceHow you can join #team possible:If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please click the ‘Apply’ button below.
