As our Shift Supervisor at Stanthorpe, you will lead a small team and coordinate the day to day recycling and functions of the facility, you will also:Provide full supervision and leadership over all staff at the site during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are metUnderstand recycling operations, recognise recyclable items and embrace the need to reduce landfill.You have experience using MS Office i.e. Excel, Word etc. to provide information and reports to site and operation managersLiaise with Endeavour Recycle Manager to assist contractors, external suppliers and/or council or government representatives as required to ensure their requests are metWhat will you bring to the role?Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the teamPhysically fit due to the demands of the roleExperience supervising a small team A high level of Workplace Health & Safety knowledge and be vigilant of risks and hazards at all times Hold a current Backhoe/Loader Ticket and Forklift TicketWaste Management experience would beneficialHow you can join Endeavour Foundation?Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check, hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Endeavour Foundation requires all new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’ below.
