We are dedicated to creating an inclusive culture where our employees can grow, learn, and do their best work.  Our purpose is simple – make possibility a reality.About the Role:As a WHS & Wellbeing Specialist reporting to the General Manager Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing the Endeavour Foundation's Safety and Wellbeing Strategy across our ‘Work’ division.This involves:Strategic Safety Leadership: Spearhead the translation of our overarching safety strategies into specific, actionable initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the Work division.Proactive Risk Management: Lead in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of safety risks while promoting a culture of proactive safety engagement.Project Management: Utilise your skills to execute safety initiatives efficiently, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a key communicator and collaborator, fostering strong relationships across various teams and all workers to enhance safety and wellbeing outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert safety and wellbeing advice and support, shaping divisional safety practices.Position the ‘Work’ division with a proactive model of safety and wellbeing, based on future needs with a preventive mindset.Champion a proactive safety culture, identifying potential hazards and leading improvements in safety standards, particularly around manual handling, and ergonomics.Develop and maintain safety protocols and lead safety training initiatives across the division.Manage high-risk tasks and ensure compliance with all relevant safety legislation and organisational policies.About You:You hold a relevant degree or diploma in Workplace Health and Safety or a related field, which alternatively could be in allied health such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology.You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders from Executive Leadership to frontline staff.You have experience and exposure to workplaces in either manufacturing, transport, or logistics.You are adept in managing diverse projects with a track record of delivering results within set timelines and budgets.Experience in the disability or community service sectors is highly desirable. Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
