The role requires a high level of sourcing and contract management experience, including ICT procurement and QITC framework.Duties include:· Work collaboratively with stakeholders, Procurement team members and leaders across the organisation with the shared aim of providing a holistic customer and employee experience.· Partner with business leaders to genuinely understand the business to identify opportunities for improvement and seek out regular feedback to prioritise actions and activities.· Support with the design, development and implementation of procurement and category strategies that deliver long-term value and benefits to the organisation.· Deliver procurement projects such as strategic sourcing, efficiency and service improvement projects across the organisation.· Manage sourcing projects and negotiations and support implementation of supplier contracts to ensure business needs and objectives are achieved and sought benefits delivered (financial and non-financial).· Monitor, manage and escalate any issues and risks relating to procurement performance of suppliers or business areas to minimise risk.About You· Experience performing a Senior Procurement/Category role within a medium to large organisation, with relevant ICT sourcing experience.· Experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects and contract renewals.· Ability to build strong supplier partnerships through excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.· Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders and suppliers.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to stakeholders and strong working relationships are maintained.· Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Contract Management and Procurement would be preferred but is not essential.Benefits and Perks· Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.· Use your pre-tax income to purchase a new or used car, saving on both the purchase price and running costs.· Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurances, Select Kia Vehicles, Solar Packages (QLD only) and appliances.· Supportive Induction and Learning Opportunities· Employee Assistance Program.· Reward and Recognition Program.Intrigued? About The Role
