You will play a pivotal role in developing innovative prize concepts, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.Lotteries is a crucial part of Endeavour Foundation, contributing significantly to funding our mission of making possibilities a reality for people with disability. With 6 Prize Home Lotteries and 6 Pay Day Lotteries each year, the program generates excitement and support from a diverse community of entrants. The team also manages an impressive ongoing property pipeline exceeding $20M, ensuring the delivery of high-quality prizes that inspire our supporters and maintain our reputation for excellence.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development, sourcing, and delivery of prizes and prize homes within scope, budget, and timeline.Collaborating with stakeholders to build a pipeline of high-quality, market-driven Prize Homes.Conducting market research to enhance supporter experiences and improve prize offerings.Driving financial sustainability by managing budgets, delivering cost-saving strategies, and optimising processes.Providing leadership to the Prize team, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and Endeavour Foundation’s governance standards.About you: To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a mix of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people leadership.
