This role will drive a continuous improvement culture and lead the optimisation and integration of People Systems, processes, and projects ensuring optimum system functionality is delivered to support strategic and operational objectives in a customer centric way.Key Responsibilities:Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our HRIS (PeopleSoft)Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Finance ICT, Data Analytics) to ensure alignment of People Systems to meet requirementsEnsure that appropriate data governance processes are in place to high quality reliable people dataBuild and produce regular people reports, dashboards and management information for both internal and external stakeholdersCritically evaluate all people data processes and provide recommendations where appropriate to support in continuous improvement with a customer centric lensSupport the organisation’s understanding and use of the people systems and processes through communication, education, and training activitiesPrioritise, escalate, and route system incidents appropriately to the vendor.Identify and contribute towards the continuous improvement of people systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purposeWhat you will bring to the roleExperience within a similar roleKnowledge of Human Resource Information Systems and Payroll systemsPrior experience working with PeopleSoft is highly desirableDemonstrated experience with HR data analysis and reportingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through data to identify problems, opportunities, and solutionsExcellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to stakeholders at all levelsKnowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products with intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferablyBenefits and PerksPackage up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.Use your pre-tax income to purchase a new or used car, saving on both the purchase price and running costs.Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurances, Select Kia Vehicles, Solar Packages (QLD only) and appliances.Supportive Induction and Learning OpportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program.Reward and Recognition Program.Intrigued?
