You will lead key strategic projects, manage the employee life-cycle, and champion innovation to drive efficiencies. This role is critical to achieving our business goals and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Implement, standardise, and optimise processes and procedures to increase efficiencies within the People and Wellbeing function.Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to achieve results.Lead, influence, and develop a high-performing People Operations team.Manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Support the development and execution of People and Wellbeing strategies in alignment with organisational goals.Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of People transactions and compliance with legislation.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to enhance the employee experience.Lead special projects and drive the implementation of new policies and procedures to support business needs.Translate organisational strategy into actionable goals for your team, fostering a shared understanding of success.Ensure data integrity and process excellence to minimise error rates and raise service standards.About You: You are an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving change, leading teams, and delivering exceptional service. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and solve complex problems. Your ability to influence, communicate effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels makes you a natural leader.
