In this role you will provide leadership to Endeavour Foundation’s ICT Planning and Governance team ensuring consistency and transparency in decision making and prioritisation of initiatives, as well as monitoring and reporting overall ICT performance and delivery of the ICT strategy. Other key duties will include:Maintaining an effective ICT strategy which addresses business goals andclearly illustrates how ICT supports those business goalsLeading the development of the Endeavour Foundation ICT roadmap and ICT initiatives designed to optimise business performance and enhance ICTmaturityOverseeing and guiding ICT direction and alignment with the organisational mission and vision by collaborating with the Design Authority and the ICT Governance CommitteeMonitoring and reporting on ICT investment and ICT delivery performance surveysEstablishing and maintaining an innovation framework to promote and support innovation within Endeavour FoundationContinually improving the relationship between Endeavour Foundation business divisions and ICTWhat you will bring to the role:Proven experience in ICT strategic planning, ICT service management,software development, project management, and policy developmentLeadership experience in managing multiple, large cross-functional teams orprojects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organisational changeBachelor’s degree in information systems and/or Business ManagementKnowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting and ICT Service ManagementYou are highly motivated and self-directed; able to effectively prioritise and execute while under pressureAbility to engage and effectively communicate with stakeholders ensuringeffective alignment with business requirements and stakeholders needsAbility to build strong, collaborative relationships with business divisions andICT service ownersHow you can join #team possible?Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal Check.Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
