This role will be working within our SHE program where you will be required to work at a Hosted Employment workplace in Brisbane. You will be supporting and working alongside Endeavour Foundation employee’s at the Host's workplace to undertake daily duties and work tasks supporting those employees in administration roles. Responsibilities:Reporting and monitoring of employees progress towards the achievement of their NDIS employment goals in line with their Individual Support Plan.Assisting with the implementation of service offerings to employees to achieve learning and development outcomes that may eventually lead to open employment opportunities.Always adhering to the Host Employers and Endeavour Foundations policies, procedures and safe work practices.Working alongside and providing daily on the job support, coaching and mentoring in the Hosts workplace to Endeavour employees ensuring productivity of the required duties and tasks are achieved within the roles.Working collaboratively with the Host Employer, families, carers, and advocates for employees to ensure employees are receiving all the support they require in the workplace.Ability to travel to and from the Host Employer in the Brisbane CBD and our Support Office at Cannon Hill. Skills and Experience:Experience working with people with a disability in an employment setting or direct support.Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centred framework and applying the principles of social justice.Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace - move from one priority to another.A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environment.Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to engage with and collaborate effectively with external internal and external stakeholders.Experience in training, coaching, and developing people with disabilities.Qualifications:Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management will be highly regarded.First aid and CPR certificate (Required)Working with Children Check (Blue Card)NDIS clearanceNational Police Check clearanceMental Health First Aid will be highly regarded.Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
