Permanent full-time position based in KingaroyProvide people with disability employment opportunities to help them achieve their personal goals!Rewarding role and a chance to make a real differenceAs an Employment Coach your purpose is to act as a champion of contemporary disability service provision and person centred practice for supported employees, in alignment with commercial outcomes and in partnership with site leadership. Role specifics: Facilitate enhanced employment outcomes for employees within a positive behaviour support framework and aligned with their NDIS plan goalsReport and monitor supported employees progress towards achievement of their NDIS employment goals in line with their Individual Support PlanAssist in implementing service offerings to supported employees to achieve learning and development outcomes that can lead to open employment, transition to retirement and life skillsHands-on coaching with supported employees to achieve their work goalsWork collaboratively with leaders, families, carers, and advocates for supported employees to accurately capture the supports all supported employees require in the workplaceEngagement with schools and other relevant groups and entities to attract work experience students, as well as future potential supported employeesWhat you will bring to the role:Experience working with people with a disability in an employment setting or direct supportDemonstrated ability to operate within a person-centred framework and applying the principles of social justiceAbility to be flexible and agile in the workplace - move positively from one priority to anotherA genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environmentExcellent conflict resolution and problem solving skillsProficiency in using current MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management will be highly regardedWho are #teampossible?We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.Find out more about Endeavour Foundation Industries and our amazing support employees hereWhat can we offer you?Enjoy Salary Packaging Benefits and package up to $15,900 per year tax free.
