The role will:Provide timely and best practice employee relations support and case management of matters such as misconduct, performance management and industrial disputes. Support workplace investigations and recommend actions using appropriate methodologies.Offer expert interpretation on employment regulations, legislation, and awards.Assist leaders to enhance the employee experience and address performance and conduct concerns proactively.Participate in industrial tribunals and prepare responses for Fair Work Commission matters.Analyse data and suggest actions to improve processes and reduce case volumes.Develop relationships with Unions and Industrial relations professionals.Assist with disciplinary and other employee-related correspondence.Provide expertise with developing and delivering tools, education, and upskilling for leaders.What will you bring:Minimum of 2 years' experience providing advice and consultation on a broad range of employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct and industrial disputes.
