What can I expect in a typical day working as a Support Worker at Endeavour Foundation?
We support people in their homes and into the community, providing them with the opportunity to live their best lives and to fulfil their goals and dreams!â¯We’re here to help people flourish according to their own interests and priorities.
In this role you will provide support within our â¯SIL (Supported Independent Living) homes;â¯assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. No two days will be the same - you may hear that phrase a lot but here at Endeavour Foundation, you will see it in action!
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and confident support worker with flexible availability including a minimum of 2 sleepover shifts per Fortnight.
