This role leads a team that works collaboratively to design, develop and analyse digital journeys for all types of users.Lead and champion a performance-focused culture, with reporting and data at the heart of decision making.Lead development, maintenance, analysis, and improvement of multiple websites.Lead the team to continually review and optimise acquisition activity for the disability services and lotteries programs, to agreed success metrics.Lead the team in best practice UX and UI, to ensure an optimal end to end digital customer experience.Lead the team in digital technology, marketing automation and personalisation.Devise a digital strategy and roadmap for the Endeavour Foundation website, and Endeavour Foundation Lotteries website - improving usability, design, content and conversion.Coach and develop the Digital team on the importance of their role in the marketing ecosystem and the importance of their work to aligned success.Mentor the Digital team on how to produce and present digital strategies, reporting and insights to relevant audiences.Work with other Marketing Leaders to a drive a ‘One Marketing Team’ approach.Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital experience.What you will bringTertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Digital, or equivalent experience.Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability in coaching and guiding team members.Proven track record in developing strategies and delivering results in digital channelsStrong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.Experience in website management, SEO, UX, marketing automation, and digital marketing.A data-led, analytics-based approach to decision making.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Power BI or other reporting tools.Ability to operate in both a strategic and hands-on capacity.Experience setting and managing budgets.Experience working in not-for-profit desirable.Experience with Sitecore CMS desirable, but not mandatory.
