Fulltime Permanent Opportunity, Cannon Hill LocationWhat can we offer you?An attractive remuneration package, including Salary Packaging, package up to $15,900 per year tax free!In addition to your tax-free benefit, you can also use up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for entertainment expenses (meals, holiday accommodation etc.)Corporate Health Insurance plans and discounts with our corporate partnersAn Employee Assistance Program - a free and confidential phone-based counselling service available to all staff and immediate family membersEncouraged and supported ongoing professional development and diverse career opportunitiesPaid parental leave About the Role:As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer-Billing to join our Head Office in Cannon Hill!In this role you will support the review, coordination, and optimisation of NDIS Billing to all NDIS funded people.Key Responsibilities will include:Responsible for administrative functions underpinning NDIS claims.Ensuring documentation meets evidence requirements and adheres to NDIA guidelines, using Carelink to produce accurate bills for services deliveredContribute to regular reporting requirements to show the status of billing activities against objectivesIdentify and escalate any inconsistencies or concerns to ensure that concerns are managed quickly and effectively.Assist in the design, development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures to enable efficient and effective billing for Service DeliveryEnsure that the accuracy is in line with each person billing requirements to ensure effective charging and claiming of fundingRole model and lead best practice financial management with our people that supports their fulfilment strategyWhat you will bring to the role:Experience in using Carelink+ (desirable)Proven experience in a customer service role within a fast paced environmentDemonstrated experience in community services and/or not for profit environment (desirable)Demonstrated problem solving skills to successfully research and identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.Strong attention to detailMulti-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to be flexible and proactive with a sense of urgency to adapt to a changing environment.Proven ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative relationships with people to achieve optimal business outcomes.Who We Are:We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
