In this role, you will be responsible for producing innovative and compelling multi-channel content to increase awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and deliver multi-channel content strategies, including social media strategy and planning, content development and production across web, digital, social, video and email channels.Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, you will: Champion the role of content, guiding creative direction for target audience groups with a multi-channel approachTranslate content by storytelling, understanding target audience profiles within the marketing lifecycle to tailor and optimise content for increased engagementBuild a deep understanding of how target people's view and engage with our services, working across channels and evolving strategies to better resonate with our audienceContribute to social media strategy, planning, content, supporting people engagement and growth of our social networksManage the delivery of digital assets and digital content including videography and website content through relevant external agenciesEnsure the provision of reports, insights and analytics at regular intervals highlighting engagement, conversion, optimisation for growth, competitor behaviour, and learningsFoster a culture of collaboration, support the co-create and co-deliver approach across the businessCommit to working within Endeavour Foundation’s Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and contributing to our aspiration of Zero Harm within the workplaceWhat you will bring the role:Experience in marketing communications, content development or productionExperience with traditional and digital content creationAbility to write effectively for different audiences across different channels.A high level of knowledge of writing for web, adopting best practice and staying abreast of trendsTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or BusinessExcellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong digital communications skills across search, email, social and webVideography and/or photography experience or a willingness to learn would be ideal in this roleAbility to create and deliver strategic digital campaigns would be considered highly desirable.Who We Are:We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
