You will also promote awareness that raises funds through ticket sales and donations, supporting the organisation’s purpose of providing opportunities for people with a disability to live their best life. Other key duties will include:Work with the Lotteries and Fundraising teams to create, commission and curate multi-channel content strategies in accordance with brand guidelinesChampion the role of content, guiding creative direction for key stakeholders with an omni-channel approachCreate, plan and produce compelling content for all channels as well as assist in campaign amplification activity across social and digital content platformsPlay a pivotal role in creating and delivering video scripting and ideas – producing content and managing with suppliers end to endTranslate content by storytelling, understanding the audience profiles to tailor and optimise content for increased engagementDeliver a highly engaging approach to content for lottery audiences, showcasing the fundraising product and advocating for people with disabilityBuild relationships with current and prospective ambassadors to deliver on agreed outcomes and enhance mutual value over the short and long termCreate and maintain relationships with industry bloggers and other key online influencers to develop content for key campaigns Grow online community engagement and utilise social media listening and monitoring toolsMonitor social media activity and trends for user generated content opportunities and apply learnings into other marketing channels/campaignsEnsure the provision of reports, insights and analytics at regular intervals highlighting engagement, conversion and optimisation for growthWhat you will bring to the role:Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, campaign management or digital productionTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business.You are a creative thinker and a true storyteller who can bring ideas to lifeDemonstrated campaign management experience including ability to develop and execute multi-channel content to improve engagement and conversionHigh level of knowledge of social media etiquette, principles, and trendsExcellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong digital communications skills across social, search, email, and webAbility to keep our customers at the centre of what we do to create long term sustainability for the organisationExperience using statistical tools to track online traffic and repeat visitorsDriver's Licence as some travel will be required to our prize homes on the Sunshine and Gold CoastWho we are:We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability. About the Role:

  • Translate content by storytelling, understanding the audience profiles to tailor and optimise content for increased engagement
  • Deliver a highly engaging approach to content for lottery audiences, showcasing the fundraising product and advocating for people with disability
  • Build relationships with current and prospective ambassadors to deliver on agreed outcomes and enhance mutual value over the short and long term
  • Create and maintain relationships with industry bloggers and other key online influencers to develop content for key campaigns 
  • Grow online community engagement and utilise social media listening and monitoring tools
  • Monitor social media activity and trends for user generated content opportunities and apply learnings into other marketing channels/campaigns
  • Ensure the provision of reports, insights and analytics at regular intervals highlighting engagement, conversion and optimisation for growth

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, campaign management or digital production
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business.
  • You are a creative thinker and a true storyteller who can bring ideas to life
  • Demonstrated campaign management experience including ability to develop and execute multi-channel content to improve engagement and conversion
  • High level of knowledge of social media etiquette, principles, and trends
  • Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong digital communications skills across social, search, email, and web
  • Ability to keep our customers at the centre of what we do to create long term sustainability for the organisation
  • Experience using statistical tools to track online traffic and repeat visitors
  • Driver's Licence as some travel will be required to our prize homes on the Sunshine and Gold Coast
