This role will be responsible for driving business performance through effective financial management, commercial decision-making support, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights to support the achievement of strategic goals. Duties include:Coordinate the division’s budgeting process, ensuring the preparation of detailed and well summarised budgets that align with strategic goals and financial sustainability objectives.Coordinate financial forecasting activities and ensure thorough analysis of variances between actuals and budgets.Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and the analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Monitor financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into key financial metrics to support strategic decision making.Ensure accurate documentation and maintain data integrity in financial reports, analyses, and forecasts.Assist in improving processes, implementing new systems and driving process changes to enhance business outcomes and financial integrity.Provide financial modelling and commercial decision making support for strategic initiatives and project investment requestsUndertake pricing analysis and modelling to inform financial decisions.About YouAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within a multi-site organisation.Experience in manufacturing with ERP inventory control, Bills of Material/Product costing is highly desirable.Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision-making.Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Experience and competency in accounting software packages including Dynamic AX and the Microsoft Office suite programs.Leadership experience is highly desirable. Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits! About The Role

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within a multi-site organisation.
