This role will specifically target opportunities within State and Local Government departments.Your responsibilities will include:Proactively drive effective client growth, acquisition, and retention strategies to establish sustainable client relationships within government.Identify opportunities for to increase in customer engagement and retention.Collaborate to bring innovative solutions and create bespoke solutions for clients based on their needs.Foster a culture emphasising quality, high performance, profitability, and growth, ensuring a clear understanding and commitment to its goals, KPIs, and strategy.Establish performance outcomes and metrics for key project deliverables including clear definitions for monitoring, reporting, and communication requirements.Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and the required employment outcomes are realised.Establish performance outcomes and measures for key project goals and define monitoring, reporting and communication requirements.Keep informed of any emerging risks and contribute to the identification and management processes.Provide regular reports to the General Manager of Employment Solutions, detailing pipeline activities, forecasted revenue, and KPI deliverables.Determine cross-selling opportunities among different locations.Develop business proposals for existing and new customers.About YouDemonstrated experience identifying and maintaining new and existing business opportunities within government sectors to achieve revenue targets set by the organisation.Outbound sales and prospecting experience within government is essential.Proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external customers.A minimum of 5 years industry experience effectively delivering high performance outcomes within the Disability and or Employment sectors. Proven track record of surpassing revenue and performance targets, along with a history of establishing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in mitigating and managing tactical and operational risks, coupled with a solid understanding of quality standards and contractual obligations.Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with individuals that present with complex barriers and vulnerability.Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
