This role requires the use of various Microsoft and other Vendor Supported platforms to provide data analysis services, application, and database supportKey Responsibilities:Perform application enhancements/changes requested by and agreed with the business or liaise with external software vendors or providers who perform enhancements or upgrades.Identify and resolve issues with applications, following agreed procedures. Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
