Ideally you will be based in our Warwick office however we would consider having this role based in Stanthorpe.                    There is also flexibility to work within school hours.As the Administration Officer you will support the Recycling Manager with the following tasks:Reviewing data entered by site employees to ensure accuracy and compliance.Managing all invoice processing.Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times to internal and external customers.Contributing to a positive work environment and safe culture.Supporting to Recycling Manager with other administrative tasks as required.About You:Demonstrated computer literacy with advanced Excel skills.A high level of interpersonal and communication skills to develop strong, supportive relationships with diverse groups and deal with sensitive issues.Strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional Administration Assistant role.Possession of a current driver’s licence.Personal presentation to a high standard.Committed to undertaking the relevant Security Check(s) and be issued with and hold a Positive Notice Card during employment with Endeavour Foundation. Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
