We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers with excellent availability to join our dedicated team in Gladstone, QLD. If you have a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities, and are flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and some weekends, we would love to hear from you!
In this role you will be providing Community Access to clients with complex behaviours. Experience with Disability complex behaviours and personal care is essential. Qualification is preferred as well.
About this role:
Providing Community Access to our clients, you will support and assist people with disabilities by organising activities designed to help develop practical life skills and to identify their goals for daily living, community participation, learning and building relationships â and of course having fun! Some of our activities include cooking, arts and crafts, connecting with nature and sports. No two days will be the same - you may hear that phrase a lot but here at Endeavour Foundation, you will see it in action!
