Ensure each activity aligns with participants' goals, promotes engagement, and enhances skills.• Team Management: Inspire, manage, and support a high-performing team to deliver exceptional services.• Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for participants’ human rights and ensure services are person-centred and meet individual needs.• Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-run centre by overseeing schedules, training staff, and ensuring compliance with NDIS and WHS standards.• Financial Oversight: Manage site budgets, funding, and billing while identifying growth opportunities for programs and services.• Community Engagement: Promote Endeavour Foundation's services as a positive brand ambassador and build relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders. What you can bring to the team!You’re an experienced leader with a strong background in the disability or community services sector. You excel in building relationships, solving problems, and driving outcomes that align with organisational values and customer goals. You bring a mature and vibrant personality with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse team and participant group.• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is essential.• Experience with successfully managing site-based services within a related industry, such as the Disability Sector, and experience within Community services support for people with a disability.• A dynamic and engaging personality that fosters a positive and energetic environment to inspire and energise both staff and participants.• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, disability services provision and NDIS.• Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and lead through adversity.• Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.At Endeavour we offer a range of employee benefits including:• We are a value driven organisation dedicated to making a real difference to people living with a disability.• Salary Packaging Benefits!
