About this role: Operations Manager, Home & Community â Mackay and Rockhampton Central Qld Coast Region
As the Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of person-centred programs and support services for people with disabilities, all while driving strategic and operational excellence. This role requires someone who thrives on empowering people, leading teams, and ensuring high-quality, safe service delivery across multiple Endeavour Foundation sites, including SIL houses and Community Learning & Lifestyle Centres. You’ll be at the heart of our mission, leading by example and guiding teams towards continuous improvement.
