This role involves supervising and supporting Employees with disability, to reclaim and process timber.  You will lead with empathy and play a vital role in enhancing the vocational opportunities of our employees while ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved.Key Responsibilities:Guiding employees in tasks like removing metal from wood, using hand tools, measuring, stacking timber, and preparing for kiln processing.Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, fostering a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.Supervise and guide employees that we support to meet Ndis goals and commercial outcomes.Promote positive behaviour support and a collaborative team culture.Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes and business requirements.Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards, making adjustments to process as needed. What you can bring to the team Experience in disability support will be highly regarded.Previous experience in a production environment with a proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to a diverse team advantageous.Experience with hand tools highly regarded.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team.A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation with a natural empathetic nature.Forklift license highly desirable.Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License. Find out more about Endeavour Foundation! Endeavour Foundation supports people with disabilities to live, learn, work and flourish according to their own interests and priorities.
