About The Role:

We are looking for a People Systems and Process Analyst to join our People and Wellbeing Operations team. Reporting to the People Systems Manager, you will play a key role in administering and enhancing our HR systems, ensuring they support strategic and operational goals. You will provide expert system support, respond to queries, and generate critical people data and reporting to support internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Provide system administration support for HR systems (PeopleSoft preferred).
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing (UAT), and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decisions.
• Manage system queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Support training and education for end-users to enhance system understanding.
• Contribute to process improvements with a customer-centric approach.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft desirable).
• Experience: Previous experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and process training.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (advanced Excel preferred).
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and across stakeholders.
