What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing NDIS billing transactions accurately and efficiently using Carelink+.
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal billing procedures.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
- Identifying and escalating discrepancies or concerns to the relevant team members.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a data entry, customer service, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
- Experience using Carelink+ or knowledge of NDIS billing (desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
