What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing NDIS billing transactions accurately and efficiently using Carelink+.
• Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal billing procedures.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
• Identifying and escalating discrepancies or concerns to the relevant team members.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to regular reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a data entry, customer service, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking ownership of individual tasks.
• Experience using Carelink+ or knowledge of NDIS billing (desirable but not essential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
