About this role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations within the Endeavour Foundations Team that oversees the Community Access & Mobile Services for our Clients. In this role, you will be based in Rockhampton Region and be overseeing and managing the Day-to-Day Operations of these Disability Services along with leading and motivating a dedicated team of staff. Travel is required between these sites on regular basis. This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity, offering a chance to make a lasting impact on our community and foster growth within your team.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality person centre supports to people with disabilities both in the learning and lifestyle centre and in the community by leading with a sustainable business model. This role has potential for future growth in the Disability Sector and you will be the person to drive innovative and creative ideas with the support to back these grand plans.
To be successful, you will have previous or similar experience in disability operational/leadership background of a middle management level within Disability sectors and hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or similar related field.
