About The Role:

As the Communications Engagement Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering communications to enhance client and employee engagement. You’ll execute impactful communications that ensure stakeholders stay informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong content development / videography skills
• Develop and implement communication plans to support the organisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective messaging and engagement.
• Provide expert communication advice and support to stakeholders.
• Create engaging content that simplifies complex information for diverse audiences.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve communication activities for desired outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven communication experience within large, complex organisations.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement and communication expertise.
• Qualifications: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or a related field (desirable).
• Technology Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office and an ability to adopt new digital communication tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the disability or human services sector (desirable).
