The Data and Analytics Manager leads the direction and delivery of Endeavour Foundation’s data and analytics capability, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation.
Leading a team of technical specialists, the role provides strategic oversight of data platforms, governance and analytics, and partners closely with senior stakeholders to deliver trusted insights. The role also plays a key part in building organisational data capability and embedding a strong data-driven culture aligned to strategic priorities and long-term outcomes.

A strategic and commercially minded data leader with the ability to translate complex analytics into practical business outcomes. Demonstrated capability in leading multidisciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.
