We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:The purpose of this role is to coordinate the vacancy management process within Service Delivery for Endeavour Foundation Accommodation Services homes, providing excellent customer service to our current and new customers across all regions in Queensland. Working with various internal stakeholders, this role is focused on supporting the General Manager, Home, to manage vacancy and utilisation levels through the effective management of the end to end vacancy management process.Review, analyse and collate all necessary data so that information, findings and recommendations can be presented to key stakeholders.Assess all incoming and outgoing vacancy management documentation in line with quality assurance practices.Maintain relevant databases and tracking systems for the transparent communication and reporting of up to date information for all stakeholders.Coordinate with NDIS team for Functional Assessments and Supported Independent Living quotation, tracking all information and driving the process.Identify risks affecting the delivery of effective customer service delivery, consult with stakeholders and where appropriate deploy mitigation processes to ensure customer service delivery.Partner with Service Delivery Leaders to optimise the customer onboarding process including engagement with potential customers and their families.Understand and apply NDIS Commission frameworks regarding Supported and Independent Living Options to everyday vacancy management practice.All about you:Tertiary qualification, industry certification or equivalent experience in business and/or project administration.Demonstrated experience in a project / coordinator role involving fast paced environment across multiple business units with competing priorities.Knowledge of the disability services or similar human services industry is beneficial.Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills and the ability to engage with people across multiple business functions, levels of management and customers.Ability to critically analyse information and data to inform decision making, provide recommendations and prepare valuable and informative reports to support the process.Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.Proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet outcomes within required timeframes.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramArrange of different roster arrangementsPaid parental leaveOnsite cafeOnsite secure car park optionsHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
