The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Site Manager to provide end-to-end management of a Community activity, to ensure the personalised planning process translates into action; whilst ensuring sustainable, profitable and a customer centric service delivery experience. Please note this role is a 6 month contract to start. Embed a culture of safety within Endeavour Foundation through learning and development programsSupervise a team on rotating roster cycles to maintain effective customer serviceDrive a performance-based culture focusing on engagement to achieve resultsAssist the Site Manager with staff performance management including performance reviews, KPI implementation and resolution of performance issuesIdentify areas of development for support workers, to allow them to enhance their skills and to ensure alignment with required NDISCollaborate with relevant supporting business units such as Customer Safeguarding and/or PeopleContribute to delivering business strategy through building a capable, relevant, high performing and compliant workforceApprove payroll time sheets within required time framesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to utilise support offerings to ensure effective service delivery at front line level All about you:Relevant industry qualificationDemonstrated experience leading a team within disability services, community services or related fieldDemonstrated experience working in an outcomes-based environment with the community services sectorAbility to implement programs to meet the needs and develop capability in young people with a disabilityExperience engaging with people who may have complex needs and behaviour’sPrior to commencement with us we require:Current National Criminal History check Hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card)Current First Aid and CPR certificateHow can I join #team possible?You can register your interest in joining Endeavour Foundation by simply clicking ‘Apply Now’ and you’ll be guided through a short application form.
