You will provide personal care and household support in home and where required transport our customers into the community for appointments and activities.Role specifics: Multiple permanent part time roles supporting customers in our accommodation services for 20/30 hours a fortnight minimumExtra rostered hours where availableSupport includes all aspects of assisting customers with Personal Care and who utilise mobility aidsRequired for day shifts, afternoon shifts, weekend shifts, community access, sleepovers, active awake shiftsExperience supporting customers with complex health needs and challenging behavioursSeizure Management experienceManual Handling (hoist use)Understanding of Restrictive Practices What are the requirements to become a Support Worker?
