A key focus will be on achieving financial sustainability, improving people retention & attraction, and sound prevention and management of incidents in both fields of WHS and supported employee supportsDrive initiatives in the management team that contribute to operational efficiency, continuous improvement and long-term operational excellenceDevelop and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with employees, internal groups and external bodies to establish viable interactive partnershipsDrive commitment towards Endeavour Foundation's zero harm framework and facilitate a genuine and practical approach to work, health and safety across the business.Skills and Experience: Proven skills in managing, leading and coaching teams to set objectives and measuring success.Experience in the adult disability sector and knowledge of NDIS would be advantageous.Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with employees and supported employees. Formal training and/or demonstrated ability in operational management, with exposure to best practice principles in production environments.Strong skills in utilising technology to support operational management e.g. Microsoft office suite, accounting and reporting systems.Clearances (required prior to commencement)Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly Yellow Card)First Aid and CPR A ‘Fit 2 Work’ National Police CheckOpen Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance coverageWho We Are:We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
