Further you will:Provide full supervision and leadership over multiple sites to all staff during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are metCompile and deliver information and reports for the Operations ManagerAccurately document all activities and maintain accounting information to ensure an accurate audit trail of transactionsDevelop the staffing/volunteers rosters to ensure resources are available to meet business needsLiaise with contractors, external suppliers and/or council or government representatives as required to ensure their requests are metBe vigilant around identifying situations that may cause safety risks and take steps to minimise the risk by identifying and reporting potential hazards in the workplace identified by yourself or team to the Workplace Health & Safety Officer Requirements:Proven leadership/supervisory experience in a similar environmentForklift license Team focus with ability to achieve commercial outcomesPassionate about making a difference!Mandatory Clearances (required prior to commencement) Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly Yellow Card)Current First Aid and CPR A ‘Fit 2 Work’ National Police Check once onboardedOpen Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance coverageHow you can join #team possible:If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please click the ‘Apply’ button below.
