By working both autonomously, and as part of the Technology team, effective support and resolutions will be delivered through application of in-depth knowledge,skills, and excellent customer service.Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Maintain knowledge in a broad, constantly evolving assortment ofpolicies, procedures, and technologies, providing maturity andreliability of user support that accurately and consistently meetsorganisational goals.Maintain proficiency in Endeavour Foundation systems, policies, andprocedures as well as user support techniques to ensureorganisational standards are met.Being part of the call queue ensuring professional telephone etiquetteand escalations of Incidents and Requests.Provide in-depth network troubleshooting, both onsite and to remotesites of Endeavour Foundation, which includes CSG Group.Provide resolutions to issues by establishing the correct software andhardware prerequisites.Assist in the operational maintenance of the Endeavour Foundationcritical systems to ensure consistency and uptime.Ensure backup procedures are followed in accordance with industryand regulatory standards.Support Endeavour Foundation’s virtual desktop environment.What you will bring to the role:Tertiary qualification of Certificate 3 in InformationTechnology or related field (desirable)Diploma in IT Networking (desriable)Industry qualifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTia+, ITIL (desirable)Possession of a current Drivers licence.Demonstrated experience in improvement of customer service within a 500+ user Service Desk.Demonstrated understanding of ITIL concepts and how these are applied in the Service Desk context.2 years+ experience with a service desk tool that utilises an ITIL Service Management framework.Experience using ticketing systems with an ITIL standard.Experience in developing and managing Service Desk KPIs that are aligned to organisational requirement.Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff.Well organised and self-motivated with an invested interest indeveloping professionally.Excellent verbal communication skills both with colleagues andcustomersDemonstrated problem solving skills to successfully identify problems,develop solutions, and implement these using a logical and systematicapproachHow you can join #teampossible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.
