In this role, you will support Endeavour Foundation to reach business goals by managing information security risks and upholding operational excellence. By working both autonomously and as part of the ICT team, you will deliver effective solutions through application of in-depth knowledge, skills and excellent customer service. Reporting to the ICT Security Manager, you will:Apply security principles and values to develop security architecture and designs that are in alignment with business and ICT strategyContribute to the development and application of information security policies, standards, processes, procedures, guidelines and registersDevelop and interpret security assurance architectures, strategies, standards and guidelinesPlan and organise security compliance requirements, activities and reportsProvide assessment, advice and guidance to ensure technology application is meeting security standards and requirementsInvestigate and recommend enhancements to address any IT security gapsMaintain awareness of, and advise the ICT team on, current and emerging security issues and developmentsAssist in developing and implementing an ongoing security education, training and awareness program for all staffAll about you:CISSP, SABSA or other professional certificate recognised by security industry.Demonstrated experience in bridging business requirements with technical security solutions.Demonstrated experience in understanding, assessing and applying cyber security controls based on industry standards (e.g. NIST, ISO27001 and ASD ISM).Demonstrated experience in interacting with business, ICT leadership and operation teams.Knowledge of IT risk management system and tools.Excellent oral, written communication, presentation, interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve issues that may arise.Strong organisational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgroundsBefore commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History CheckHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.We look forward to hearing from you!
