This newly created role will provide leadership to the Rostering and Billing functions, driving these high performing teams to support the front line to provide supports to people with a disability. This leadership role provides coaching and operational support to a team of Team Leaders in the NDIS Billing and Rostering Teams. You will foster an environment that strives for best practice while we work through a period of optimisation and continuous improvement. This role will see you joining a team that is collaborative, supportive, and determined to provide a quality service to their customers.In this role you will:Driving a performance-based culture within the Billing and Rostering functions focusing on engagement to achieve resultsLeading the team to deliver on KPIs, targets and Service Level Agreements to ensure desired organisational outcomesProvide leadership and direction to the Billing and Rostering teams to ensure a continuously improving service enablement functionIdentifying, designing and making recommendations for process changes to improve customer experienceDriving a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, learning and understanding of technologyWhat you will bring to the role:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Commerce, Analytics)Strong experience leading teams, using your strong communication skills to drive performanceRelevant experience in the rostering and in the disability, community, aged care or industry is highly desirableKnowledge of NDIS is highly desirableKnowledge of Modern Awards to ensure compliance when creating workforce rosters and optimization practicesA high-level competence in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Suite of programs relevant to the role to ensure work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely mannerWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging (save up to $15,900 per year tax free) and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramOur offices are a 5 minute walk from the train stationPaid parental leaveOnsite caféHow you can join #team possible:Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
