Collaborating with the relevant portfolio Managers to develop and maintain efficient streamlined asset management processes relevant to the business / portfolio / region, and consistent to the overall asset strategy and to ensure lean operations and optimal performance of the assets, will be a key deliverableYour duties will include but not be limited to:Drive an integrated, transformational and leading approach to Asset Management across the relevant region, to support the business portfolios and customer experience with all our assets and operationsPartner with Service Delivery Leaders and maintain an accurate oversight across the region to ensure the proactive, timely response and cost effective resolution to facility, plant & equipment, operational and organisation issues.Integrate with the Asset team in the development of key strategies for the asset management system, asset portfolios and/or asset groups by providing regional insights, technical support and functional adviceReview, analyse and recommend requirements of the regional asset plan and appropriately align regional initiatives and procedures to the overall Asset Strategy and the business needs.In collaboration with the GM Service Delivery ensure operational viability through the successful management of optimal asset lifecycle; including strategic investment, proactive maintenance and appropriate disposalDevelop and implement appropriate regional maintenance strategies that optimise the useful life of assets and align to the business asset policiesManagement of business budget and produce accurate monthly reporting on progress and status.Maintain a working relationship with the asset management contractor in the delivery of sustainable best practice asset management functions.What you will bring to the role:You will:Hold a relevant academic or trade / technical qualificationDemonstrated experience in delivering’ Zero Harm’ safety systemsAdvanced task scheduling skills utilising contracted asset management delivery model.Significant experience in senior asset management roles preferably within customer focused large asset based organisations.Demonstrated utilisation of integrated asset management systems at an Enterprise levelTeam management experience utilising both internal and contracted resourcesSuccessful management of large service contractsDemonstrated project management experienceAsset lifecycle management experience utilising EAMS / CMMSExperience of financial management to budget with P&L reportingDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is relayed.How you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.
