Additionally, you will be proactive in regards to safety, have a high attention to detail, leadership skills and excellent time management.Plan and delegate duties to employees in accordance with safe work practicesSupervise supported employees while undertaking work and during supported employee breaks to ensure their safety at all timesEnsure production deliverables meet customers’ expectations in regards to quality and delivery timeframesAdopt vocational practices which enhance the skills of employees and achieve commercial outcomesAssist with the identification, development and delivery of vocational training requirements for all employees in your teamMaintain quality control standards for all designated areas of productionEngage in the manufacture process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipmentWhat you will bring to the role:Manufacturing/production/truck driving backgroundExperience supervising a small production team Moderate skills with MS Office applicationsForklift ticket and/or HR licence will be highly regardedAbility to solve problems using a logical and systematic approachDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the teamA genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environmentAttention to detailMandatory Clearances (required prior to commencement) Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly Yellow Card)A ‘Fit 2 Work’ National Police Check once onboardedHow you can join #team possible:If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please click the ‘Apply’ button below.
