We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:We are currently looking for experienced sales and customer services professionals  to provide proactive sales support in prize home team in an effective and efficient manner. We have multiple roles available for a Casual Prize Home Sales Assistant to join our team, based in the Sunshine Coast for 30 hours a fortnight. As the Prize Home Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the sale of tickets to the general public. This will include;Maintain high customer service levels and ensure customer service remains the primary focus.Adapt to changes in trading conditions and proactively adjust the workload of delegated tasks given.Monitor and communicate any customer service or operational issue to the Prize Home Sales Team Leader.Ensure diplomatic, compassionate and timely handling of all customer complaints, according to Policy and Procedure.Follow stock preparation and pricing guidelines to ensure organisational policies and procedures are followed.Execute promotional activities to maximise sales resultsAbility to work shifts  rostered.Ability to travel and work at different locations every 4-8 weeks as the various prize homes become ‘live’.Complete accurate timesheets through Peoplesoft.Money handling including EFTPOS and manual ticket entry.Banking and reconciliation. All about you:Demonstrated I.T. literacy/experience using databases and POS/ competence in computer applications to ensure work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.Proven track record in a customer service environment.Proven experience of money-handling skills including EFTPOS and manual ticket entry.Demonstrated experience with consumer product stock handling, ensure stock was displayed according to organisational standards.Demonstrated experience processing customer payments and using a cash register to ensure an audit trails can be followed.Demonstrate high level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.Committed to undertaking the relevant Security Check(s) and be issued with and hold a Positive Notice Card during employment with EndeavourFace to face sales experienceWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramA range of different roster arrangementsHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
