This will be achieved by taking a balanced approach between promoting employment outcomes for supported employees and managing commercial customers; as well as ensuring we meet our customer’s learning and lifestyle goals within our Community portfolio.Key responsibilities will include:Driving growth and development strategies for people we support ensuring alignment with commercial and individual outcomesBuilding the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability support program services including adult and life skills educationOverseeing production planning across the portfolio of sites to maximise commercial and service delivery outcomes for the organisingExploring effective customer engagement strategies via focus groups, improved area committee liaison, and data interpretationEncouraging innovative approaches to improving the quality of service and work processesPromoting Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice, profiling the available suite of services to people with disabilitySupporting cross-portfolio client management communication and processes with Operations Management peers to enhance customer experience and service levelsWhat you will bring to the role:Experience in a multi-site leadership operational role across a similar industrial portfolio with a focus on profitability, quality management and customer service excellenceA commitment and passion to achieving outcomes for our customersA commercial mindset; you are results focused and driven Demonstrated knowledge of the National Standards Disability Services and Quality & Safeguarding Framework or the ability to develop an understandingAbility to oversee operations that deliver high-quality and safe customer outcomes in a commercially viable mannerDemonstrated experience in coaching individuals and delivering training within the disability sectorFinancial management skills including general finance and budgeting, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow managementFlexibility to travel regularly for short periods of timeTertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Business, Community or Social Service will be highly regardedPlease note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (NDIS Worker Screening) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).How you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.We look forward to hearing from you!We are a 2021 Circle Back Initiative Employer and we commit to respond to every applicant#LI-JM AUD Australia - QLD Brisbane Brisbane
