We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.About the role:The Marketing Service Delivery team is looking for an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to support the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity within  Endeavour Foundation. The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a key role inthe successful delivery and organisation of internal and external campaigns, events, and brand activities, with a key focus on administrative tasks and logistics coordination. This is a part-time, 12-month fixed term position. Some of your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Supporting the Marketing and Events Advisor’s in the coordination of all internal and external events including room set-up, AV, catering, invitations/RSVP’s, run sheet development, cleaning etc as required;Coordinating Endeavour Foundation’s participation in regional and metro Disability Expo’s held throughout the year, including staff rosteringand the packing and distribution of collateral/merchandise;Maintenance of the marketing storage shed including collateral auditing and ownership of equipment sign in/sign out rosters;Liaising with Endeavour Foundation’s internal stakeholders (ie Site Managers, Employment Coaches, Property Managers etc) for access to Endeavour Foundation sites for photography, content trips etc;Updating and managing home vacancy listings on 3rd party websites;Updating the team project activity board in Asana and daily checking of the team event brief inbox;Supporting the Project Lead in marketing activity for the Imagine What’s Possible competition including downloading and saving video submissions and competition data management;Supporting the Project Lead in the event activity for the Battle of the Bands competition including coordination of site communications, development of EDM’s, site support for FAQ’s and event day logistics;Credit card reconciliation and invoice processing; andProviding ad hoc campaign and marketing support to the Marketing Service Delivery team, as required.About you:Bachelor’s Degree and / or significant ongoing study in the area of Marketing or Events Management is desirable. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or events coordination role.Broad tactical experience or demonstrated understanding of how to coordinate events with a focus on administrative and logistical components.Experience in the coordination of events in partnership with other internal teams ensuring exceptional internal and external customer services.Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice within a large organisation.Confident communicator and strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.Great organisational skills and a can-do, solution focused attitude.A proven team player who develops effective relationships with peers to deliver on business priorities.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid parental leaveHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
