You will work closely with key organisational stakeholders including the Digital, Design and Service Delivery teams, as well as external agency, to maximise awareness, engagement, and conversion.Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):Working to deadlines and key performance indicators, and continuously seeking to further customer acquisition and brand awareness through marketing activityCoordinating creative assets across all channels including ATL, digital, email marketing and social that aligns with campaign strategy, budgets and brandingDeveloping and maintaining campaign schedules to ensure all activity is strategic, integrated, targeted and measurableWorking with external agencies to optimise creative assets to meet audience needs and performance targetsContributing content (curation and campaign related) for marketing channels including paid social and advertorialDesigning and developing lead nurture campaigns using a marketing automation platformUndertaking travel requirements where necessary to deliver on role requirementsWhat you will bring to the role:Proven experience managing campaign strategy development, and creation and implementation of campaign plansTrack record of delivering effective campaigns aligned to marketing and organisational strategyWorking knowledge of PPC, paid social media, and other digital marketing channelsYou are highly organised, flexible and able to respond quickly and efficiently to the changing needs of a campaign in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentExperience working with external agencies, from briefing through to post campaign reporting and analysisUnderstanding of integrated (digital and traditional) marketing initiativesExperience working with marketing automation platforms (preferred)Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Advertising (preferred)How you can join #teampossible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.
