Reporting to the Portfolio Manager in your region, you will:Oversee the financial performance of the Home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budgetSupport customers ensuring alignment to their personal plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skillsOversee all site operational activities, including site safety, customer care and safeguarding, employee rostering, time sheet approval and site inventoryDeliver and encourage your team to correctly document of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notesWhat will you bring to the role?Previous experience supervising a team within the disability sector; problem solving and managing conflict when requiredAbility to supervise site operations and deliver services aligned with organisational policiesStrong communication skills both written and verbalProblem solving skills - successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement logicallyA Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regardedClearances (required prior to commencement)Please note, these checks are self-fundedCurrent Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly Yellow Card)Up to date First Aid & CPR (CPR refresher course due annually)A ‘Fit 2 Work’ National Police Check (we supply the application form at offer stage)Open Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance coverageWho We AreWe are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
