You will also provide hands on support to our customers, enabling independent living in alignment with their individual plans. Key duties will include:Supervising a group of support workers and all site operational activities, including customer service delivery, site safety, customer care, employee rostering, time sheet approval and site inventoryManaging and mitigating conflict when necessarySupporting customers ensuring alignment to their personal plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skillsDelivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notesWhat you will bring to the role:Previous experience supervising a team within the disability sectorAbility to supervise site operations and deliver services aligned with organisational policiesStrong planning, organisational and conflict resolution skillsProblem solving skills - ability to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement logicallyAbility to respond positively and adapt to a rapidly changing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)Clearances (required prior to commencement)Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (formerly Yellow Card)First Aid and CPR A ‘Fit 2 Work’ National Police Check (application included as part of the onboarding process and is self funded)Open Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance coverageWho We AreWe are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
