ChangedHands-on coaching with supported employees to achieve their work goals.Work collaboratively with leaders, families, carers, and advocates for supported employees to accurately capture the supports all supported employees require in the workplace.Engagement with schools and other relevant groups and entities to attract work experience students, as well as future potential supported employees.Advocate for the implementation and ongoing application of Human Rights for people with disability, namely the right to live free from abuse, neglect and exploitation, and the right of choice and control.All about you:Knowledge of, or ability to obtain an understanding of National Standards Disability Services, NDIS and Quality and Safeguarding Framework.Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centred framework and applying the principles of social justice.Desire to recognise, respect and uphold the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of individuals in all aspects of their lives and in accordance with legislation.Results-oriented and driven by concrete outcomes from the support you provide.Interpersonal and communication skills required to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.A genuine commitment to the purpose and values of the organisation, demonstrating an ability to adapt to a changing environmentProficiency in using current MS Office (i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Employee Self Service, Customer Information and Management Systems and communication technologiesExperience working with people with a disability in an employment setting or direct supportDemonstrated experience in outcome based service delivery Experience participating within recruitment and selection processes. How can I join #team possible?You can register your interest in joining Endeavour Foundation by simply clicking ‘Apply Now’ and you’ll be guided through a short application form.Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
