We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The Role:Develop ICT data and integration architectures and standards for the organisation that support the implement of the ICT strategy.Translate business practices and processes into architectures to enable delivery of appropriate solutions.Undertake high level research, horizon scanning and analysis to identify further ICT trends, and assess applicability to support business objectives.Lead programs to develop, maintain, and govern the Data & Integration Architecture across the Endeavour Foundation.Contribute to the creation of governing principles to guide EA decision making.Explain and advocate technology strategy, architectural policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.All about you:Five (5) or more years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer or similar role.Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.TOGAF certifications.Information Security qualification would be viewed favourablyKnowledge of all components of holistic Data & Integration architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes, and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid parental leaveOnsite cafeOnsite secure car park optionsHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
