This role will lead the customer optimisation process within our Service Delivery function by providing excellent customer service to current and prospective customers across our Community and Work portfolios.Reporting to the General Manager, Work & Community, you will:Partner with Service Delivery Leaders to optimise the customer onboarding process including engagement with potential customers and their familiesCoordinate site tours, referral information, trials and welcome packs, positively impacting the conversion rates of potential customers joining the appropriate service(s)Understand and apply NDIS Commission frameworks and funding legislation and support the accurate and timely completion of relevant documentationReview, analyse and collate all necessary data so that information, findings and recommendations can be presented to key stakeholdersAssess all incoming and outgoing customer optimisation documentation in line with quality assurance practicesMaintain relevant databases and tracking systems for the transparent communication and reporting of up to date informationWhat you will bring the role:Demonstrated experience in a project / coordinator role within a fast paced environmentExcellent stakeholder management and customer service skills and the ability to liaise at all levelsAbility to critically analyse information and data to inform decision making, provide recommendations and prepare valuable and informative reportsA high level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with customersProven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet tight deadlinesA high level of computer literacy across MS Office suite, particularly ExcelTertiary qualification, industry certification or equivalent experience in business and/or project administrationBefore commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
