You will also coordinate and improve financial accounting processes, assist with the planning and implementation of systems. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Contributing to the production and integrity of monthly management accounts for Service Delivery Home Portfolio, with planning, consultation and review.Assisting with the standardisation of procedures and reporting within the Financial Planning & Performance teamContributing to the monthly financial Divisional commentary including additional spotlight items for the inclusion in the Board reportsProviding financial participation to the business on various improvement projectsAssisting with business modelling and scenario analysisCollaborating with relevant stakeholders in developing business cases and activities to deliver benefitsAssisting with project financial control and reporting of all projects that involve the use of financial informationWhat you will bring to the role:Experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisationCA or CPA QualificationAdvanced Excel skills and experience in accounting software packages Dynamic AX (preferred) and Microsoft Office suite programsProven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet outcomes within required timeframesDemonstrated problem solving skills, identifying problems, developing solutions and implementing solutions using a logical and systematic approachExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate information finance and non-finance staff membersInnovative in developing cost-effective efficient solutions, supporting and achievement of key result areasWho We Are:We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.
