Who are #teampossible?We are people working together, making possibilities a reality for people with a disability.Why should I join #teampossible?Attractive remuneration with salary packaging ($15,900 tax free benefit) + further benefitsEncouraged and supported ongoing professional developmentExciting and diverse career opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgramCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersValues based organisation focusing on our people and customersAbout the role:The purpose of this full time role at Cannon Hill is to provide support to the Service Delivery Function, ensuring the administrative functions are carried out efficiently, accurately and on time to ensure Endeavour Foundation’s business outcomes are achieved.Carry out general office duties to ensure administration is efficiently maintained.Provide high quality and timely support to the Service Delivery leaders whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion.Provide administrative support that includes filing, preparation, collate and distribute of supportive documentation, notes and correspondence.Organise events including venue, catering and attendees.Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are handled efficiently and courteously to reflect the professional image of Endeavour Foundation.Ensure PO and invoices are coded and processed correctly and in a timely fashion.Administer Transport contracts ensuring all contractual requirements are met, including compliance and dispute resolution.Complete where required the preparation and input of data relating to government and other institution fundingAssess and provide all incoming and outgoing documentation relevant to all charges as required by transport operators/contractors and/or customers and our internal processes.Analyse potential risks involved with specific contract terms.Arrange travel and transport needs for the department as requiredAbout you:  Experience in a similar varied administration support roleCertificate III in Community Services, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant experience (desirable)Complex problem-solving skills focusing on solution orientation.Interpersonal skills necessary to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature.Written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team, leaders and customers.Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems (AX desirable) in addition to Microsoft Office suite to ensure the work can be completed professionally and in a timely manner.Experience with maintaining a flexible and resourceful approach to effectively multi-task and manage workload.How can I join #team possible?Hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice NDIS Disability Services approval (or a valid QLD Yellow card) Hold or be willing to obtain and a QLD Working with Children Check -  Blue card. You can register your interest in joining Endeavour Foundation by simply clicking ‘Apply Now’ and you’ll be guided through a short application form.Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
