You will be providing our customers the opportunity to live their best lives and fulfill their goals and dreams. In our Learning and Lifestyle Centres you will engage our customers in interactive programs tailored to meet their needs and goals. You will also provide community access to our customers supporting them to scheduled activities/outings.Role specifics: Townsville - North Ward location (Learning and Lifestyle Centre)x 2 PPT roles @ 48 and 44 hrs a fortnightMon - Fri work 8.00am - 4pmExperience in group facilitation/training/education delivery in small groups is ideal Must be a self starter, team player and take individual responsibility to deliver an exceptional service to our customersSupporting our customers into the community and providing a tailored and interactive learning environmentWhat are the requirements to become a Support Worker?
